Refund policy

No Refund, ONLY Exchange

We have an Exchange Only and No Refund policy. The Exchanges only apply to the orthopaedic products and compression stockings, and not the mobility aid/devices such as wheelchairs, scooters, rollators, walkers, etc. Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of transaction or delivery of the item.

To initiate an exchange, you can call us or contact us at jjhealthcareproducts@gmail.com . Please note that online returns will need to be sent to the following address: 20 New Delhi Drive, Unit #96, Markham, Ontario, L3S 0B5.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your online exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Only one exchange of the item will be accepted.

The fastest way to complete an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jjhealthcareproducts@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
